Job Title: Event Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for the delivery and execution of our events and activations, from our warehouse to the event location.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a passion for events and bringing them to life. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining logistics to ensure carts and teams hit the right note at every venue
  • Coordinating and executing event run sheets with precision
  • Ensuring events and carts are picture-perfect and operations run seamlessly
  • Fostering harmonious relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and crafting experiences that resonate

Additional responsibilities include handling logistics of setting up and tearing down at events, delivering and collaborating with a close-knit team to orchestrate success.
