Event Coordinator Role
We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Event Coordinator. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires coordination of weddings and private events from start to finish.
This role involves collaborating with internal teams, external suppliers, and clients to ensure every detail is executed seamlessly, on time.
- Coordinate all aspects of weddings and private events, including event logistics, staffing coordination, and financial administration.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
About You:
- Minimum of three years' experience in wedding or event planning, ideally within an arts, entertainment, or venue environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and passion for delivering high-quality events.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to solve problems under pressure and manage competing priorities.
