
Lead Tribunal Services Specialist

We are seeking candidates who possess advanced working knowledge of applicable legislation, policies, and procedures. They will have the ability to exercise sound judgment in applying this knowledge and provide high-quality service to both internal and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be able to plan, organise, and monitor individual and teamwork priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records. They must also demonstrate their ability to exercise sound judgment, provide high-quality service, and build effective teams.
- Provide leadership, guidance, training, coaching, and support to more inexperienced staff;
- Quality assurance, workload allocation, and team administration functions;
- Delivering first-level contact services to the public, including managing incoming email and mail correspondence, telephone calls, and responding to in-person enquiries;
- Providing administrative support to members with matters constituted or allocated to them, liaising with parties, file management, and notifying decisions and finalising matters.
