About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Regional Service Delivery Director to join our Institute for Urban Indigenous Health team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Regional and Specialist Services: Oversee IUIH's regional service delivery obligations, encompassing specialist services, allied health services, primary care, oral health, family health, and mental health services.
  • Support CEO and Executive Leadership: Demonstrate leadership skills and collaborate with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to advance strategic objectives.
  • Operations Management: Ensure efficient use of resources, robust governance of healthcare quality and safety, and a commitment to client, family, and community direction.
  • Budget Planning: Develop, revise, and refine business unit budgets to ensure operations are delivered efficiently and effectively within budget.
  • Workforce Development: Support the growth and development of a skilled, knowledgeable, and responsive workforce.
About You
  • Purpose-Driven Approach: You will have a purpose and values-driven approach, with a commitment to the principles and practice of Aboriginal community control.
  • Leadership Experience: We are looking for someone with experience leading and implementing large-scale health and related service initiatives.
  • Health Sector Expertise: Your high-level management experience in the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community controlled health sector or a comparable not-for-profit, government, or private sector organization is essential.
