Job Overview


We are seeking a dynamic Service Delivery Manager to lead our ICT contact centre at UniSQ, Australia's leading regional University. As a key member of our ICT team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of ICT incident response, customer contact, and ICT service delivery engagement across all UniSQ campuses.


About the Role


This is an exciting opportunity to join our high-performing management team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional ICT services to our students and staff. You will work closely with our Director (ICT Operations) to lead the management of the ICT contact centre, evaluating and improving current processes to enhance service quality and function.


Key Responsibilities



  • Evaluate and improve current processes for ICT Client Support Service delivery
  • Lead the development of a new ICT Client Support call roster, ensuring effective delivery of contact with UniSQ customers and stakeholders
  • Uplift and promote existing subject matter experts and champions in ICT Client Support
  • Undertake an evaluation of current services to ensure effective support processes

  • Extensive industry experience in ICT service management within a large organisation
  • Proven experience in leading and implementing process and technology improvements
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Commitment to working as part of a high-performance management team

Total remuneration range $149,914 to $158,607 pa, includes salary range of $126,670 to $134,016 pa, employer super contributions of 17%, and annual leave loading.


Full-time continuing appointment of 36 hours per week.
