Speech Pathologist Role

KU Children's Services is seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary Allied Health team.

About the Role

As a Speech Pathologist with KU, you will play a pivotal role in providing early intervention services to children aged birth to 7 years, across NSW and Victoria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualised plans to support the developmental needs of children
  • Work collaboratively with families and other professionals to achieve positive outcomes
  • Establish and maintain respectful relationships with stakeholders
  • Administer and score a range of assessments, and provide report writing and feedback to families
  • Work independently and as part of a team, utilising exceptional communication skills, written and oral
Requirements
  • Australian recognised tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Experience in working with children, administering and scoring assessments, and providing report writing and feedback
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office package and online databases
