Speech Pathologist | Service

  • KU is seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our Allied Health team.
  • Permanent
  • Working Hours: Flexible (minimum 2 days per week, hours negotiable)
  • Qualification: Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing speech pathology services to children in our care.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain respectful relationships with children, families, and other stakeholders.
  • Support the developmental needs of children through speech pathology services.
  • Administer and score a range of assessments.
  • Report writing and providing feedback to families.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and oral.

Requirements:

  • Australian recognised tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology.
  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • Experience in establishing and maintaining respectful relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • Experience in supporting the developmental needs of children.
