About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Speech Pathologist to join our expanding team at ORS Group.
As a Clinical Speech Pathologist with ORS, you will work across various settings, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, and community settings, providing high-quality services to clients aged 0-65.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive communication assessments and swallowing evaluations
- Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care
- Providing education and support to clients and their families

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
- Current registration with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
