Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annumAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our Allied Health Program, which provides multidisciplinary early intervention supports for children aged birth to 7 years across NSW and Victoria. As a Speech Pathologist in this role, you will be working collaboratively with families and other professionals to deliver tailored support services that promote child development and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver individualised speech pathology services to children in play-based learning environments
- Establish and maintain respectful relationships with families, educators, and other stakeholders
- Support the developmental needs of children through evidence-based practice and consultation
- Administer and score a range of assessments to inform service delivery and progress monitoring
- Australian recognised tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
- Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia
- Experience in establishing and maintaining respectful relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Experience in supporting the developmental needs of children
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Exceptional communication skills, written and oral
