Speech Pathology Professional

We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary allied health team at KU Children's Services.
About the Role
This is a permanent part-time position with flexible working hours, requiring a minimum of 2 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain respectful relationships with children, families, and other stakeholders.
- Support the developmental needs of children through speech pathology services.
- Administer and score a range of assessments.
- Report writing and providing feedback to families.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
- Australian recognised tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology.
- Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Experience in establishing and maintaining respectful relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Experience in supporting the developmental needs of children.
- Experience in administering and scoring a range of assessments.
- Experience in report writing and providing feedback to families.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Exceptional communication skills, written and oral.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office package and online databases.
- Meticulous time management and organisation skills.
- Current drivers' license and use of a comprehensively insured, registered motor vehicle.
- Senior First Aid Certificate.
- Working with Children Check.
- NDIS Worker Check or willing to obtain.
- A Medicare Provider number or willing to obtain.
