- Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels, sales trends, and supplier performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with suppliers, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive and productive team culture.
- Competent in the use of MS Office, with experience in inventory management software an advantage.
