Role Overview

This role is part of the CUPRA team and reports directly to the Head of Sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for ordering and stock management for the CUPRA brand, working closely with the Sales Planning and Ordering Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate vehicle ordering across the CUPRA range and models
  • Work closely with head office factory systems, processes, and vehicle production to meet Australian market demands
  • Ensure accurate visibility of CUPRA stock online, updating regularly on vehicles for sale or new stock
  • Monitor and report on pipeline stock
  • Forecast and allocate stock based on monthly sales targets and stock on hand
  • Coordinate with internal teams, such as logistics, product, and sales, on short and long-term planning stock levels
  • Support the preparation of ad-hoc activities, such as presentations, analysis, and reports

Requirements

  • Experience in retail stock controlling
  • Understanding and experience in the Australian automotive market
  • Effective prioritization techniques, high attention to detail, and time management skills
  • Strong analytical ability, data, and systems management experience
  • Practical problem-solving skillset with an operational focus
  • Ability to develop and present reports and visualizations to support management decision-making
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
