Stock Fill Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Stock Fill Supervisor to join our team at Spotlight Group. As a Stock Fill Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the receipt and replenishment of stock, managing the stock receiving process, and supporting the Store Manager with stock-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Stock Management: Ensure all stock is received and replenished in a timely manner, and manage the stock receiving process to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Team Leadership: Supervise a team of up to 4 stock team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities.
- Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service to our customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operational Efficiency: Work closely with the Store Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase operational efficiency.
- Health and Safety: Adhere to OH & S policies and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
- Experience: High volume or big box stock volume management experience is required, as well as experience supervising a small team.
- Skills: Strong time management, delegation, and follow-up skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a focus on business or a related field.
