Job Description

**Job Title:** Production Team Lead

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Team Lead to join our team at Danaher - Global. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of production staff, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our manufacturing cell.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of production staff to achieve production targets and quality standards.
  • Implement and maintain a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging staff to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain visual management systems to track key performance indicators.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Represent employees in EHS matters, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to staff to improve performance and address any issues.
  • Assist in the development and review of EHS standards, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability and aptitude to assemble and test complex electromechanical devices.
  • Good communication skills in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to provide clear instructions to operators.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Good leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team while maintaining harmonious relations within the organization.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Completion of an Engineering production certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience in high part count manufacturing (electronics/whitegoods).
  • Experience with kanban parts replenishment systems.
