Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement new features, such as pre-order functionality and online experimentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless online shopping experiences
  • Advocate for customer-centricity across the organization
  • Manage and mentor a team of designers to deliver exceptional design solutions
Requirements
  • Experience in digital design for e-commerce, with a strong background in retail and customer-facing products or services
  • Exposure to end-to-end design processes, from research and discovery through to delivery and measurement
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a high-activity environment with competing priorities and time pressures
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to make effective presentations and communicate with influence
  • Experience leading and managing design teams, with a focus on mentoring, supporting, and driving team success
