About the Role
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer engagement, drive repeat business, and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Lead the design and implementation of customer loyalty programs to meet customer needs and maximize program performance.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Design, implement, and optimize customer loyalty programs to meet customer needs and maximize engagement.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute loyalty-focused marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  3. Develop data-driven strategies to retain customers through personalized offers and communications.
  4. Analyze participation, redemption rates, customer lifetime value, and engagement data to optimize program performance.
  5. Develop metrics to measure platform retention, loyalty, engagement, and usage.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM, growth marketing, or customer analytics roles.
  2. Strong understanding of loyalty program design and customer lifecycle marketing.
  3. Strong analytical skills, with expertise in data-driven decision-making, customer segmentation, and predictive modeling.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  5. Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
