Loyalty Manager Role Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a customer engagement and loyalty specialist to step up into a leadership role. Reporting to an accomplished professional, you will lead a team championing customer value proposition.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will contribute to loyalty strategy development and execution. This includes overseeing day-to-day loyalty and CRM campaign activity, focusing on communications & segmentation, rewards program development and database management.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team of customer engagement and loyalty specialists.
  • Develop and execute loyalty strategies to drive customer engagement.
  • Oversee CRM campaign activity to maximize customer value.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in marketing or related field.
  • 4+ years experience working with loyalty programs.
  • Demonstrable success in retail marketing environment preferred.
  • Data driven marketing experience, able to analyse and interpret data.
  • Strong understanding of direct marketing principles.
  • Skilful in customer lifecycle management and segmentation.
  • Experience using CRM platforms.
