Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our customer loyalty efforts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow member value, increase active members, and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer acquisition and reactivation plans, including onboarding and re-onboarding processes.
  • Lead a team of specialists to achieve business outcomes through targeted tactics and campaigns.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and drivers of customer behavior, and develop insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in customer loyalty, CRM, marketing, sales, or partnerships, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent process development, documentation, and workflow management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret complex data and drive business insights.
  • Effective stakeholder management and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at a senior level.
