Customer Loyalty and Retention Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Loyalty and Retention Specialist.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in designing and executing strategies to drive customer loyalty and retention. This includes developing plans for customer acquisition and executing them through direct and indirect teams.

  • Manage and draw insights from behavioural & purchase data to identify market opportunities and business risks
  • End-to-end project management of loyalty program operations, including campaigns, promotions, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Managing external partner relationships and deliverables
  • Drive the marketing technologies and capitalise on the database marketing to maximise wallet share
