
Customer Loyalty Specialist

This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and training.
- Deliver promotional Credits and Rewards to customers.
- Provide analytical support to the Loyalty Operations Manager.
- Work closely with multiple teams, including Legal, Compliance, and IT.
The successful candidate will have strong retail experience and a solid understanding of customer loyalty principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of new offers and benefits.
- Collaborate with third-party providers and other stakeholders.
- Develop and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure accurate data sharing within company guidelines.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to develop business process skills to recommend changes.
- Skilled SQL developer with ability to query complex relational databases.
