Job Description

This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and training.

  • Deliver promotional Credits and Rewards to customers.
  • Provide analytical support to the Loyalty Operations Manager.
  • Work closely with multiple teams, including Legal, Compliance, and IT.

The successful candidate will have strong retail experience and a solid understanding of customer loyalty principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of new offers and benefits.
  • Collaborate with third-party providers and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and recommend process improvements.
  • Ensure accurate data sharing within company guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to develop business process skills to recommend changes.
  • Skilled SQL developer with ability to query complex relational databases.
  • Empathy for customer loyalty.
