Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to oversee our restaurant portfolio in Victoria.

In this role, you will be tasked with managing our restaurant locations throughout Victoria. Collaborating closely with the Head of Asset Management, you will implement our real estate strategy, negotiate lease renewals, exercise options, and handle all property-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement the real estate strategy for your assigned portfolio.
  • Assess potential sites to ensure optimal efficiency of our current real estate assets.
  • Analyze restaurant performance data to evaluate the viability of each location.
  • Negotiate lease agreements that align with our strategic objectives.
  • Oversee the refurbishment process and assist in managing ongoing lease matters for existing locations.
  • Provide guidance to franchisees and corporate teams regarding leasing agreements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the real estate sector.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience working with a diverse range of landlords, adapting strategies to suit various environments.
