The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Solicitor to join our leading Band 1 Real Estate team based in Melbourne. In this role, you will work closely with industry-leading Partners and a team of highly ambitious, cohesive, and talented professionals.

You will undertake a range of work that supports national and international clients, with a variety of interesting and complex commercial and mixed-use developments, sales and acquisitions, and commercial and industrial leasing matters. The team acts for many large local and overseas-based property developers, investors, corporates, and real estate funds on some of the most significant real estate deals in Australia.

You will have extensive client exposure and opportunities to develop a network of relationships as well as the opportunity to benefit from exceptional learning opportunities working with partners and lawyers across the network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake a range of real estate matters, including real estate development, investment, joint ventures, acquisitions, and disposals.
  • Provide excellent legal skills and a practical mindset to support clients.
  • Work collaboratively and autonomously to meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Have a hunger to learn and develop and be part of maintaining a market-leading practice.
