Platinum Pacific Partners is seeking a highly skilled Senior Real Estate Finance and Acquisitions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Finance and Acquisitions team, you will be responsible for managing development projects from a finance and structuring perspective, negotiating with financiers, and providing senior leadership guidance.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare asset and fund business plans, financial modelling and analysis for existing projects, and financial modelling and feasibility reports for new acquisitions.
- Capital Relationships: Manage capital relationships with key partners, procure and report new project debt facilities, and optimize project value.
- Financial Performance: Oversee financial performance, manage feasibilities, review project cash flows, assumptions, and forecasts, and support cash flow management and planning.
We are looking for a candidate with at least seven years' experience post-university, preferably in a property developer or financial investments/capital structuring role. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and the ability to negotiate and understand capital structuring.
