Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to oversee our restaurant portfolio in Victoria.
In this role, you will take charge of managing our current restaurant locations throughout Victoria. Collaborating closely with the Head of Asset Management, you will implement our real estate strategy, negotiate lease renewals, exercise options, and handle all property-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the real estate strategy for your designated portfolio.
- Assess locations to ensure operational efficiency of our real estate assets.
- Analyze restaurant performance data to evaluate site viability.
- Negotiate lease agreements that align with our strategic objectives.
- Facilitate refurbishment initiatives and assist in managing ongoing lease challenges for existing locations.
- Provide guidance to franchisees and corporate teams regarding leasing arrangements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar real estate role.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes.
- Strong relationship management abilities with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with a range of landlords, adapting strategies to meet diverse needs.
