Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to oversee our restaurant portfolio in Victoria.
In this role, you will be tasked with managing our current restaurant locations throughout Victoria. Collaborating closely with the Head of Asset Management, you will implement our real estate strategy, exercise options, negotiate lease renewals, and handle all property-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the real estate strategy within your designated portfolio.
- Assess locations to ensure optimal efficiency of our existing real estate.
- Analyze restaurant performance data to evaluate the viability of each site.
- Negotiate lease agreements that align with our strategic objectives.
- Oversee the refurbishment process and assist in managing ongoing lease matters for current locations.
- Provide guidance to franchisees and corporate GYG regarding leasing arrangements.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in a similar capacity within the real estate sector.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes.
- Strong relationship-building capabilities with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Prior experience engaging with a diverse range of landlords, adapting strategies to suit varying environments.
