Senior Data Strategist

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to lead the development of innovative data-driven solutions. As a Senior Data Strategist, you'll work on cutting-edge projects that integrate intelligent automation and advanced analytics into audit and assurance services.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing AI, data analytics, and automation solutions to enhance audit delivery. This includes leading the development and deployment of tools that improve audit quality and client insights.

You will also work across departments to deliver integrated, tech-enabled audit solutions. Additionally, you will support business development through proposals and identifying new opportunities. Furthermore, you will mentor junior team members and contribute to their technical growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth.
  • Leverage AI, data analytics, and automation to enhance audit delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members.
  • Support business development initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in professional services or technical delivery roles.
  • Strong technical skills in tools such as Alteryx, Databricks, SQL, Python, PowerBI, Power Automate, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, and Generative AI.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Xero, MYOB, NetSuite).
  • Solid understanding of data modelling, wrangling, governance, strategy, and visualization.
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and project management skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
