AI Engineer - Data Driven Solutions

BizCover is a leading player in the SME business insurance market, offering an online platform that simplifies comparing and buying business insurance.

We are focused on growth and innovation, working to improve customer journeys across all stages of the insurance lifecycle, leveraging data insights, automation, and AI/ML to drive value and scale in Australia and overseas.

You will work within our high-growth technology initiative, collaborating with various departments to develop and deploy resilient AI and ML solutions that enhance our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Data Scientists to operationalize ML models and develop AI-powered processes.
  • Manage CI/CD processes for AI/ML systems to ensure reliable and rapid deployment.
  • Deploy and integrate foundation models, including large language models (LLMs), into business applications.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure AI products seamlessly integrate with existing systems.
  • Evaluate and fine-tune AI/ML models based on real-world feedback and requirements.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in AI and MLOps, with a focus on deploying models in production environments.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with MLOps tools like Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow, or Docker.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD practices and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with multi-agent frameworks involving voice and conversational AI is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Stay current with emerging AI and LLM developments and suggest innovative enhancements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
