Job Title: Cabin Services Officer
About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cabin Services Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our cabins.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service to guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Clean and maintain cabins to the highest standard
- Prepare cabins for new arrivals, including changing linens and replenishing amenities
- Assist with stocktake and inventory management
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical fitness to lift and carry items up to 11kg
- Availability to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
