Housekeeping Specialist

We are seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional housekeeping and cleaning services to guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide housekeeping and cleaning duties for all accommodation types and public areas, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Ensure accommodation and venue areas are cleaned and serviced according to NRMA Housekeeping Standards.
• Change linen, clean cabins/rooms, replenish stock, and record items in rooms to ensure a fresh stay for guests.
• Work effectively both in a team and independently, taking initiative when necessary.
• Maintain physical fitness to meet the demands of the role, demonstrating resilience and a can-do attitude.
• Cross-train in our café and front office to develop new skills and enhance career growth opportunities.

Skills

• Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly approach to guests.
• Good time management and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet daily targets.
• Flexibility to work on a 7-day roster, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred but not essential.
• Willingness to assist in other departments as needed, demonstrating team spirit.
