Part of the trusted NRMA Group, a member-owned brand, our passionate team works together to make holiday magic happen—it's not just our job, it's in our nature.Job DescriptionWhat You'll Do (besides mop up the competition)Provide housekeeping and cleaning duties for all accommodation types and public areas, keeping everything guest-ready.Ensure accommodation and venue areas are cleaned and serviced to NRMA Housekeeping Standards.Change linen, clean cabins/rooms, replenish stock, and record items in rooms to ensure a fresh stay for guests.Work effectively both in a team and independently, knowing when to take initiative.Maintain physical fitness to meet the demands of the role, with a resilient and can-do attitude.Opportunity to cross-train in our café and front office to develop new skills.What You'll BringExcellent customer service skills, with a friendly approach to guests.Good time management and attention to detail.Ability to follow instructions and meet daily targets.Flexibility to work on a 7-day roster, including weekends and holidays.Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred but not essential.Willingness to assist in other departments as needed, demonstrating team spirit.What's in it for you?
