Guest Services Role

This is a casual position that involves carrying out guest services and housekeeping duties within a holiday park. The purpose of the role is to provide excellent customer service every time, represent the holiday company in a positive manner, and perform physical tasks such as changing bed linens and cleaning cabins.

While undertaking housekeeping duties, you are responsible for preparing accommodation for guests, cleaning public park areas, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and presentation of the park.

You will work as part of a team to achieve high standards of customer satisfaction, ensure that all facilities and amenities are maintained to a high standard, and promote a safe and respectful environment for all guests.
