As a seasoned Contracts Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of our construction projects. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective commercial strategies to minimize scope gaps and maximize cost efficiencies.
  • Prepare and manage procurement plans, identifying suitable subcontractors and optimizing procurement methods.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Manage and administer contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Contracts Administrator or Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of successful subcontract management, including scope preparation, procurement, and contract negotiation.
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Economics, Quantity Surveying, Law, or Commerce.
  • Post-graduate qualifications in related fields (e.g., graduate certificate, diploma).
