Senior Commercial Fit-Out Project Coordinator

We are seeking a seasoned Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of commercial fit-out projects across Melbourne.
About This Role:- This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals to demonstrate their expertise in delivering high-profile projects valued at $60m or more.
- Coordinate and manage trades, labour, and materials to ensure successful project delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Engineers, Senior Management, and Architects.
- Proactively address on-site challenges while maintaining strict Health & Safety standards.
- At least 10 years' experience as a Site Manager with a principal contractor.
- Prior experience in managing projects valued at $5m or more would be beneficial.
- A strong background in commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects is essential.
- A construction-related tertiary qualification is required.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills are necessary.
