Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to oversee high-end commercial projects from coordination to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, ensuring seamless collaboration between sub-contractors, site teams, and suppliers.

About the Role:
  • Collaborate with site supervisors to coordinate sub-contractors, maintaining quality standards
  • Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure timely completion
  • Manage and drive trades to achieve project goals, focusing on safety and efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, communicating updates to stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Possess experience in Townhouse or High-End Commercial projects
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering projects for head contractors
  • Proven expertise in subcontractor management, site supervision, and OH&S systems
  • Able to lead teams and drive projects forward to meet deadlines
  • Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and reliability
What We Offer:
  • 6-month contract
  • $145k-$160k package pro-rata for 6 months
  • Supportive team environment

Our Ideal Candidate: Will have Townhouse or High-End Commercial project experience, trade qualifications in Carpentry, and a proven ability to manage and deliver projects efficiently.
