Job Title: Contract Administrator

This is a Permanent Full-time position based out of an office, but we are open to applications for other locations.

Reporting to the Senior Contracts Administrator, this position has responsibility for commercial management and supports client and supply chain activities.

  • Timely and accurate on-boarding of supply chain, including subcontract preparation and execution.
  • Work collaboratively with operational teams to meet project demands, prepare scope and procurement strategy.
  • Maintain a compliant supply chain including contract extensions, insurances, issuing of notices.
  • Pre-emptive identification and resolution of compliance issues.
  • Creation and implementation of processes, procedures and tools.
  • Support the accurate and effective commercial and contract management of the contract / project up and down stream.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a bachelor's degree in engineering, Law, Business Management or similar with 3+ years' experience working in commercial / legal / contracts administration.

You will also possess:

  • Working knowledge, ability to read and apply standard forms of subcontracts
  • Proven commercial acumen: subcontract management / tendering, legal claims, administration
  • Negotiating and influencing to achieve desired outcomes
