About the Role

  • Lead and manage a team of retail professionals to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase team productivity.
  • Collaborate with store management to achieve business objectives and drive operational excellence.
  • Coach, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a grocery or supermarket environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
