We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven National Account Manager to join our retail sales team at Goodman Fielder. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer plans to drive growth and market share in the grocery portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Category Development: Develop and lead retail engagement across the grocery portfolio with Woolworths, identifying opportunities to expand our iconic In-Home Baking Portfolio.
- Brand Management: Manage and drive our market-leading brands to maintain and grow our position in the market.
- Customer Relationship Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including Woolworths account teams, to deliver great outcomes for both Goodman Fielder and the customer.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data and market trends to create and deliver category insights to internal and external stakeholders.
- 2+ years' experience in account management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong commercial acumen and planning capability.
- High levels of tenacity and resilience, with a result-oriented mentality.
- Creative, driven, and motivated with solid sales experience.
- Experience working with new customers and developing relationships quickly.
- Understanding of end-to-end supply chain drivers within FMCG.
