Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Grocery Field Execution Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Field Sales Operations team, you will be responsible for delivering excellence in the execution of account and business priorities within the Grocery and Independent Grocery channels.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Channel Strategy Development

Develop and execute channel-specific strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Account Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of business plans.

Execution Planning

Develop and implement execution plans to drive physical availability of our brands in the Grocery channel.

Performance Monitoring

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure delivery of business objectives.

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements

  1. Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or a related field.

Experience

At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, category, brand, or a related field, with a strong understanding of the Grocery channel.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Personal Qualities

Customer-centric approach, with a focus on results and a strong ability to build compelling commercial and category sell stories.
