Job Title: Regional Sales and Business Development Manager
This is a field-based position where you will be responsible for supporting franchise partners in their regional territory. You will be directly accountable for the success of approximately thirteen outlets and will report directly to a dynamic chief executive officer.
The role involves providing support to franchisees to improve sales and profitability, identifying opportunities and implementing actions to make positive impacts. You will also be responsible for building and nurturing strong working relationships with franchise partners and ensuring marketing campaigns are implemented and maximised.
In addition, you will review data to identify opportunity gaps and analyse results to support new opportunities. You will also ensure brand standard compliance, provide training and development to franchise partners and their team members, and work in-store coaching and influencing others by offering solution-based guidance.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing support to franchisees to improve sales and profitability
  • Building and nurturing strong working relationships with franchise partners
  • Ensuring marketing campaigns are implemented and maximised
  • Reviewing data to identify opportunity gaps and analysing results
  • Ensuring brand standard compliance
  • Providing training and development to franchise partners and their team members

Requirements include impeccable communication skills, outstanding interpersonal skills, and the ability to support each franchise partner to achieve their targets. You will also need solid financial knowledge around cash flow, business plans, and profit and loss statements, as well as a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
