Business Banking Leader

We're looking for a seasoned professional to lead our business banking team in the Greater Brisbane Region.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business and retail banking with a proven track record of sales success, relevant compliance and leadership training including lending accreditation.

This role involves leading a team of bankers to support customers and communities, managing Home Loan Business Bankers to provide lending solutions for business banking customers and collaborating with executives and bankers to unlock opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of bankers to deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Manage a portfolio of home loan business bankers to achieve business outcomes and maintain compliance standards.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and improve customer experience.
