Regional Sales and Business Development Manager

  We are seeking a talented and ambitious Regional Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, business development, and driving growth in a regional market.

  Job Description:

  As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth across the region. You will work closely with distributors and customers to understand their needs and requirements, and develop targeted solutions to meet their needs.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth across the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and customers.
  • Provide technical and market extension support to customers.
  • Forecast market potential and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and training sessions to engage end users.

  Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to influence and cultivate high-level relationships.
  • Exceptional listening skills and ability to understand customer needs.
  • Deep knowledge of sales, marketing, and solution-selling strategies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and business software.
  • Strong ability to grasp and communicate technical information.
