Regional Business Development Manager

Be part of a dynamic sales team driving business growth and development in the QLD region. As a Trade Sales Representative, you will travel to new and existing trade customers and retail stores, identifying and cold-calling potential new business opportunities.
About the OpportunityWe are seeking a high-energy individual with a go-getter attitude to drive sales performance and develop strong relationships with key customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and implement plans to increase average spend per trade customer
- Plan and organize activities to achieve individual sales targets
- Oversee managed account customers to ensure effective long-lasting business partnerships
- Actively seek out new customers and meet growth targets for new business accounts
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Exceptional external sales and relationship management skills
- Demonstrated business acumen and experience in business development
- In-depth knowledge of automotive aftermarket parts (desirable)
- Previous B2B sales experience (desirable)
