Job Title: Front Office Receptionist

Are you an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual looking for a dynamic role in the hospitality industry? This position involves welcoming guests, providing high-quality customer service, and ensuring seamless operations within the park.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing exceptional customer experience by greeting and checking-in guests, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Processing guest check-ins and outs efficiently, accurately using the park booking system to make reservations and manage accounts.
  • Coordinating with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Supplying guests with information regarding property and local areas of interest.
  • Completing day-to-day office administration tasks such as data entry, report generation and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Previous Front Office experience within the hospitality industry.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional Guest experience.
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking System.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed.
  • Current drivers license essential.
