Who We're Looking For
  • Has experience running or supervising operations in a park, motel, resort, or similar setting
  • Leads from the front, with a strong focus on coaching and motivating your team
  • Can jump into systems like RMS or similar reservation platforms
  • Understands the basics of budgeting and revenue management
  • Is guest-obsessed and thrives on making people feel welcome
  • Is ready to roll up your sleeves and help out where needed
What You'll Do
  • Support daily park operations, including handling after-hours callouts
  • Oversee check-ins, guest accounts, and bookings
  • Help manage budgets and identify revenue opportunities
  • Coach and support staff to deliver amazing customer service
  • Contribute ideas to boost marketing and guest numbers

This role may require heavy lifting (up to 20kg), kneeling, squatting, and working with chemicals and machinery.
