Trentham Waters Resort is a unique getaway nestled along the banks of the majestic Murray River at Trentham Cliffs, NSW. As a family-owned business, we strive to create an environment where guests can connect with nature while enjoying our modern facilities in a relaxed setting. Our resort will open soon.

We are looking for a skilled Office and Resort Manager to oversee our front office and reception, foster team unity, and ensure every guest has an unforgettable experience. This permanent position will report to our General Manager but oversee, supervise, and train a small team of Guest Service Attendants.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. Managing the front office and reception team.">
  3. Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring all guests receive a warm welcome to the resort and assisting with all aspects of their stay including check-in, check-out, and any inquiries.">
  4. Working with the General Manager to optimize revenue opportunities and decrease expenses.">
  5. Overseeing reservations, groups, functions, and event bookings.">
  6. Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.">
  7. Following all relevant property, security, emergency, and health and safety procedures.">
  8. Maintaining accurate guest accounts and adhering to confidentiality policies and procedures.">

Requirements:

  1. ">
  2. Previous experience in office management supervising a team.">
  3. Strong leadership skills.">
  4. Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.">
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.">
  6. Experience with Newbook property management systems (preferred but not essential).">
  7. Proven ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure, supported by strong organisational and time management skills.">
  8. Capable of embracing a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.">
