Workday Functional Architect Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Functional Architect to join our team. This role involves providing expert guidance and delivery for functional area engagements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading multiple, concurrent Workday implementations across all functional areas, overseeing functional area architect workshops and client confirmation sessions, and acting as a sounding board and advisor for engagement managers and leads.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent, current Workday certification, and experience in leading full lifecycle Workday implementations.

They should also possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of Workday products and services.

In addition to these qualifications, the candidate should be able to mentor junior project resources, provide feedback to internal teams, and ensure cohesive structures and project communications are in place for cross-functional delivery.

  • Provide functional leadership on multiple, concurrent Workday implementations across all functional areas.
  • Oversee functional area architect workshops and client confirmation sessions.
  • Act as a sounding board and advisor for engagement managers and leads.
  • Mentor junior project resources.
