Expert Workday HCM Solutions Specialist

We're seeking an accomplished professional to drive the delivery of tailored Workday HCM solutions. This key role involves collaborating with clients to understand HR requirements, configuring and customizing Workday modules, and providing strategic guidance on best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of end-to-end HR functional processes and in-depth knowledge of how Workday configuration impacts cross-functional systems and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with clients to design and implement Workday HCM solutions that meet their unique business needs.
  • Configure and customize multiple Workday modules to align with client goals.
  • Lead full lifecycle Workday implementations, including Phase X projects and post-production support.
  • Provide expert advice on Workday best practices and optimize system usage for long-term value.
  • Manage project delivery, including risk identification, mitigation planning, and removal of roadblocks.
Requirements:

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of Workday experience with relevant consulting experience.
  • Active Workday Certification (in HCM or relevant modules) required.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
