Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Recruiting and Talent expert to join our team. As a principal consultant, you will be responsible for implementing functional solutions with ERP or SaaS software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Become an expert in Workday Recruiting and Talent product design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
  • Recommend the best solution based on client requirements, budget, and timeframe.
  • Guide clients through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions.
  • Regularly engage and support clients throughout all phases of the project.
  • Perform multiple tasks under limited direction.
  • Work alongside the integration team to configure and test integrations between Workday and payroll and benefits providers.
  • Take a leadership position on a project or as a Collaborative Product Partner Lead and/or DA Reviewer.
  • Display expertise in loading customer data, moving configuration from tenant to tenant, and configuring business processes and security.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, HRIS or related field required.
  • Certification in Workday HCM, Workday Recruiting or Workday Talent desired.
  • 2+ years of Workday implementation experience highly desired.
  • 2-5 years Human Resources, Payroll, or financial software experience required.
  • 2-5 years implementing functional solutions with ERP or SaaS software highly desired.
  • Experience gathering business requirements, designing and prototyping, testing and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
  • Demonstrated functional experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or Financials Management.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint programs.
