We are seeking a highly skilled Workday professional to join our team as a Principal Consultant.

About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Workday products, including Recruiting and Learning.
  • They will be responsible for guiding clients through transformation, implementation, and operation phases of a Workday HCM project.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Becoming an expert in Workday design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
  • Leveraging expertise to recommend best solutions based on client requirements and timeframe.
  • Guiding customers through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions.
  • Engaging with clients throughout all phases of the project.
  • Working alongside integration teams to configure and test integrations between Workday and external providers.

  • Displaying hands-on expertise in software, including loading customer data and configuring business processes.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience with Workday products, including Recruiting and Learning.
