Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday functional leader to join our organization. This individual will play a pivotal leadership role, driving quality outcomes and ensuring business goals are met.

The ideal candidate will have 8-12+ years of experience in Workday implementation, with hands-on exposure to functional modules. They should also possess strong communication and facilitation skills, an eye for quality and consistency, and a flexible, pragmatic mindset.

  • Coordinate end-to-end delivery of Workday functional workstreams
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure business needs are accurately reflected in functional designs and processes
  • Collaborate with project managers to maintain project health, ensure timely delivery, and proactively manage risks and dependencies
  • Guide team members on delivery expectations, blockers, and best practices
  • Review key deliverables for consistency, completeness, and quality
  • Facilitate design reviews, testing plans, and process validation
